Our ability to listen to your requirements and also our honest suggestions is imperative upon us creating the look that you desire. We may have suggestions that you haven't even though of or weren't confident enough to try. That is why trials are an absolute must to Ultimate Bridal and we insist that everyone has a trial, is also part of getting to know our amazing stylists on a personal basis whom are going to be a part of your special day.
Why it is important that you are open and honest in your communications with Ultimate Bridal.
If at any time you have any concerns with your hair, makeup and or any other service provided by Ultimate Bridal, it is critical that you let us know immediately. The purpose of your trial is to iron out any issues you may have, before your big day - so it is important that you provide us with this valuable information. In most cases, we will be able to fix any problems or concerns you have immediately, or suggest alternative solutions. If you do not make us aware of your concerns, we will be unable to assist you. For example: You may be worried that the curls in your hair only lasted a few hours before dropping out or that over time, the mascara started to irritate your eyes. Please inform us immediately.
Additional Fees
A fee applies if stylists need to start before 7am
If paid parking applies, please arrange for hotel parking or have some extra cash to cover the meter fee for your stylists.
Total Amount Payable must be paid via direct deposit or cash, no later than 14 days prior to event.
Require 3 people per service or Bride Only Minimum fee is $225 per service type, ie. Hair or make-up.
Require 4 people per service for Stradbroke Island.
